How big is a BOOBAG?

BOOBAGS are one size only. Please refer to our product descriptions for further details and specifications.

Where are BOO's products made?

BOOBAGS are made in Australia. BOO's Knitwear are manufactured in China due to complex knitting techniques and machinery.

How do I take care of my BOOBAG?

This will depend on your individual use and activity, but as a general rule, simply spot clean your BOOBAG OR do a cold gentle hand wash separately. Do not use bleach, soak, wring or rub. Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship to the US and Australia.

How do I track my order?

All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post. For international orders your parcel will be handed over to your local postal company for delivery. 

1. You will receive your tracking number by email within 2 days after your order has been dispatched.

2. click here, enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

All international parcels can be tracked through your local postal companies website once they have reached your country. If you have any issues tracking your parcel please contact us HERE.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please make sure you have read our Shipping and Returns Policy before proceeding.  If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact our support team HERE and our team will be back to you shortly. 

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please contact us HERE to ensure you provided the correct email.

What currency is used on Boobag's website? 

All orders are processed in AUD. For your convenience, we have a currency converter at the top corner on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please contact us HERE. Provide your full name, order number and correct shipping address.

My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?

This means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and then you will receive your tracking number details.
